Because this is an instant-download digital product, all sales are final except in the following cases:

→ Defective download — If the ZIP file cannot be extracted or is materially corrupted, email within 7 days of purchase for a replacement link or full refund.

→ Materially not-as-described — If the product omits a core component listed on the sales page, we will either ship the missing component or issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Not reading the included documentation
• Requests for personalized customization (not included in the product)
• Compatibility with platforms or tools not listed on the sales page
• Buyer's inability to complete the self-serve setup after 7 days

We respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
